Marcus Susen graduated in the top 4% of his class, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where he received his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Marcus also earned a merit scholarship and membership into the Pro Bono Honor Society and Moot Court.

Marcus has been with Koch & Trushin since 2008 and focuses his practice on all facets of litigation and sports law/risk management. Marcus litigates a variety of matters, including: products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, and contract disputes. Marcus is also an advisor to athletes, coaches and other sports professionals, offering strategic planning and advice on all aspects of career management from marketing to contract negotiation.

Prior to joining Koch & Trushin, Marcus attended Boston University where he earned his Bachelors of Arts and worked for lannella & Mummolo in Boston, MA.
