Mr. Parafinczuk graduated Cum Laude and was in the top 15% of his class at Nova Southeastern University Law School.  He was also on the Dean's List.  Prior to Law School, Mr. Parafinczuk attended the University of West Florida where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies/Pre-Law.  While he was an undergraduate, Mr. Parafinczuk competed nationally in speech and debate competitions as well as mock trial competitions.

Mr. Parafinczuk has served as lead counsel in civil and criminal trials.  He focuses 100% of his practice on litigation.  He is also a Big Brother with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization, which is devoted to mentoring children.
